RIS Swiss Section – German-speaking School Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and qualified teacher to join our team for secondary level II (grades 11–12, Swiss Matura) in the subjects of English, Geography (taught in English), and Physical Education, starting on August 1, 2026.
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching English, Geography (in English), and Physical Education at secondary level II.
- Preparing, implementing, and following up on lessons in accordance with the Swiss Matura curriculum.
- Enhancing students' academic, linguistic, and methodological skills.
- Collaborating on educational development processes and school projects.
- Engaging in productive cooperation with parents and colleagues.
- Actively participating in school life within an international setting.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed teaching degree for secondary level II in at least one of the specified subjects.
- Experience with international qualifications, such as the Swiss Matura, IB, or German Abitur.
- Strong pedagogical and didactic skills.
- High motivation, teamwork ability, and flexibility in daily school operations.
- A commitment to ongoing educational development and innovation.
- Enjoyment of working in an international environment and willingness to spend several years abroad.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a sense of humor.
