The Anglo Singapore International School in Bangkok is seeking qualified teachers for various positions across its campuses. Start dates range from immediate to May–July, with the possibility of an immediate start for suitable candidates. At the Sukhumvit 64 campus, the following positions are available:
1. **Secondary School Counsellor**: Immediate start with a monthly salary of 75,000–80,000 THB. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in counselling or a related field, relevant secondary school experience, and is open only to native English speakers. Responsibilities include supporting students with special educational needs.
2. **Secondary Economics Teacher**: Start between May and July, offering 75,000–80,000 THB per month. Applicants need a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a teaching qualification, and A-Level Economics teaching experience. Open to native and non-native English speakers, with non-native speakers requiring a TOEIC score of at least 850 and excellent spoken English skills.
3. **Secondary Business Studies Teacher**: Similar start dates and salary as the Economics Teacher. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, a teaching qualification, and A-Level teaching experience. Open to both native and non-native English speakers with a TOEIC score of 850 or higher for non-native applicants.
4. **Secondary English and Social Studies Teacher**: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in English or Social Studies, a teaching qualification, and iGCSE and A-Level teaching experience. Offers 75,000–80,000 THB monthly. Open to native and qualified non-native English speakers with high English proficiency.
5. **Primary Core English Teacher**: Offers 70,000–75,000 THB per month. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in English, a teaching qualification, and at least two years of teaching experience. Open only to native English speakers.
6. **Kindergarten Head of Department**: Offers a salary of 80,000–90,000 THB per month. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a minimum of two years of teaching experience, and leadership or management experience in education.
7. **Secondary Computer Studies Teacher**: Offers 75,000–80,000 THB per month. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a teaching qualification, and A-Level teaching experience. Open to both native and non-native English speakers who meet English proficiency standards.
At the Sukhumvit 31 campus, available positions include:
1. **Primary Core English Teacher**: Offers 70,000–75,000 THB per month. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in English, a teaching qualification, and two years of experience. Open exclusively to native English speakers.
2. **Primary Computer Studies Teacher**: Offers 70,000–75,000 THB per month. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in the subject area, a teaching qualification, and two years of experience. Open to native and non-native English speakers with a TOEIC score of 850 or higher for non-native applicants.
Salary offers are based on the qualifications required and may consider postgraduate credentials. Final salaries are determined by a structured salary scale evaluating academic background and teaching experience, with performance-based increases possible post-probation. The school follows the Singaporean curriculum for primary education and the UK curriculum for secondary education, requiring a two-year commitment from teachers.
