China International School is seeking two Secondary School Teachers for English and Mathematics in Nawamin, Bangkok. We are looking for energetic and dedicated educators to help prepare students aged 12–18 for international academic success. You will deliver English Language Arts and Mathematics lessons aligned with the Cambridge international curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English or Mathematics for secondary grade levels.
- Prepare students for critical writing, analytical thinking, and mathematical problem-solving.
- Assess student performance, grade coursework, and provide structured feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom management and support advisory and pastoral programs.
- Collaborate with school management and international faculty on curriculum alignment and activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Native-level spoken and written English fluency with a clear, neutral accent (IELTS 7.0+, CEFR C1, or above).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Mathematics, STEM, or a related field.
- 120+ hour TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate, or a valid official teaching license.
- Preferably 1–2 years of secondary-school teaching experience.
- Clean criminal background check issued within the past six months.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge English exams such as PET, FCE, or CAE.
- Experience teaching IGCSE Mathematics or IGCSE English as a Second Language.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: 35,000–40,000 THB per month.
- Full assistance with a Non-Immigrant B visa and Thai work permit.
