Job Description:

Bromsgrove International School Thailand in Bangkok is seeking a Secondary School Teacher specializing in Thai Language and Culture. The position offers a salary starting from ฿25,000 per month for a full-time role.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Arts in Teaching or a related field.
- A valid Thai Teaching License.
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE Thai First Language curriculum or relevant experience.
- Previous experience teaching in an international school is preferred.
- Capability to teach Thai culture to both native and non-native Thai students.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Thai and English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare lesson plans tailored to a diverse range of students.
- Employ various strategies and differentiate instruction to effectively teach students.
- Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with school community members, including colleagues and parents.
- Utilize ICT to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Implement formative and summative assessments to monitor and support student progress.
- Use relevant data to track progress, set targets, and plan lessons accordingly.
- Provide consistent feedback to students, both orally and through precise marking, and encourage student engagement with the feedback.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, exercising appropriate authority.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student achievements and well-being.
