✅Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL Teacher who is a native English speaker to join our team in Da Nang. As an ESL Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering effective English language instruction to our students. Your main responsibilities will include:
-Planning and delivering engaging and interactive English lessons to diverse groups of students.
-Creating lesson plans that align with our curriculum and cater to the varying language levels and learning styles of students.
-Providing constructive feedback and assessing students' progress through regular evaluations.
-Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and language fluency.
✅Qualifications:
-Native English speaker from an English-speaking country.
-Bachelor's degree in all field and TEFL/TESOL certification.
-Prior experience in ESL/EFL teaching is preferred, be able to teach all levels especially with business, IELTS, adult class experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
-Organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
