Job Description:

HeadStart International School in Phuket is seeking a dedicated Shadow Teacher (Wave 3 Support) to join our team. This full-time position offers a salary starting at ฿40,000 per month. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one support for a student with Additional Educational Needs at Wave 3, playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between the curriculum and the student’s abilities. Our goal is to enhance the student's academic, social, and behavioral performance, ultimately fostering their independence within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Learning Support to implement Individualized Education Plans.
- Offer one-on-one assistance to help the student understand and engage with the subject matter.
- Support the student in self-regulation, peer interaction, and communication.
- Maintain ongoing communication with class teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's development.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, positivity, and a proactive approach to behavioral management.
- Ability to adapt curriculum materials dynamically.
- Previous experience with Additional Educational Needs or Wave 3 support is highly preferred.
