We are looking for a passionate and organized Skills & Training Advisor to join our Customer Service & Internal Support team in Jomtien, Pattaya. If you excel in developing people, creating effective training programs, and thrive in a diverse, multicultural setting, this opportunity is for you!
Location: Jomtien, Pattaya
Working Hours: 11:00–19:30 Indochina time (GMT+7)
Supported Departments: Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal training programs to ensure team members are skilled, compliant, and in sync with the latest company procedures in AU and UK time zones.
- Shape employee growth from onboarding to skill enhancement.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in training or Learning & Development
- Demonstrated success in training design and delivery
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organization and tech skills (Google Workspace, Zoom, LMS, etc.)
- Proactive with the ability to work autonomously
- Bonus: Background in transport or logistics
