Job Description:

My name is Carol Kim, and I am the school coordinator of Disciple International Christian School in Cheongju, Chungcheongbukdo, South Korea. Our school is looking for a sincere CHRISTIAN Teacher to join our team in August 2025.

1. School Information

- Church supported Christian school

- Focus on educating future Christian leaders

- All teachers and students are Christians

- Located in Oksanmyeon, Cheongju, South Korea

- Uses Bob Jones University Press textbooks

2. Working Conditions

- Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

- Maximum class size of 8 students

- Attendance required at staff meetings and school events

- Working Visa (E-2 Visa) provided

- Monthly payment: 2,200,000 Won

- One-way Airfare provided

- Housing, Health insurance, and National pension provided

- Vacation time: 5 weeks Summer vacation, 2 weeks Winter vacation, 1 week Spring Vacation

- Contract renewable after one year

3. Qualifications

- Sincere Christian

- BA/BS degree holder from Canada or United States

- Child-loving mindset

- At least one year of teaching experience, especially with kindergarten and elementary school students preferred

- Prefer Major in History or Bible

4. Required Documentation (in English)

- Resume with a recent photo

- Letter of self-introduction

- Certificate of graduation and transcripts from undergraduate/graduate schools

- Copy of passport/alien registration card

* Reference from current church required before interview
