Job Description:

Lighthouse International School in Phuket is currently looking for a dedicated and adaptable Support & Cover Teacher to join our secondary campus team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and varied learning needs.
- Manage and oversee the Student Support Room.
- Deliver individual and small-group learning assistance.
- Assist English Language Learner (ELL) students as required.
- Provide classroom cover across the Secondary level.
- Supervise exams and assessments.
- Support the after-school Homework Room.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to facilitate student success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or similar teaching qualification.
- Experience in Special Education, Learning Support, or working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Must currently be residing in Thailand.
- Strong proficiency in English communication.
- Must be flexible, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with secondary students.

Experience with IEPs and ELL students is advantageous.
