Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced English Teachers to join our team in Indonesia. As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels. You will play a key role in enhancing students' language abilities and fostering a love for learning English.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons in accordance with the provided curriculum.
Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and assignments.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (required).
Proven experience in teaching English, preferably in an international setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
