- Nationality: Thai or Filipino nationals.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experience: Proven experience in a school, early years, or primary environment. Experience with Special Educational Needs is highly desirable.
- Personal Traits: Passionate about child development, proactive, and a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support in the classroom alongside lead teachers.
- Lead and mentor small groups of students to enhance learning.
- Manage educational resources and maintain a creative learning environment.
- Assist in upholding school behavioral standards and student welfare.
