Glory Singapore International School is excited to announce job openings for teaching positions in Bangkok, Thailand. Currently, we are looking for a Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The salary for this position starts at 35,000 Baht.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive teaching plan
- Conduct 20 one-hour teaching periods per week
- Teach alphabet, numeracy, personal, social, and emotional skills
- Organize learning materials and resources
- Maintain regular communication with parents
- Assess student performance to ensure skill mastery
- Monitor student interactions and foster cooperation
- Collaborate with administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with teaching standards and safety regulations
- Uphold the safeguarding of children
Specific Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an English teacher
- Profound understanding of child development and current educational practices
- Creative teaching abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Patient and flexible
General Requirements:
1. Must hold a teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education
2. Proficient in using computers and instructional technology
3. Applicants must be in Thailand for the application process
4. A valid criminal background check is mandatory
5. Provide two references for a reference check
6. Candidates will be assessed on safeguarding practices
Compensation:
