Job Description:

Are you an experienced English teacher in South Korea interested in expanding into teacher training and earning additional income? The First Nations Online TESOL Program is seeking educators to become TESOL Program Partners. As a remote TESOL Trainer/Program Partner, you can earn ₩1,000,000 for each student enrolled in the 8-week online TESOL certification course. Position Overview:

- Market, recruit, and support students

- Earn ₩1,000,000 per enrolled student

Program Details:

- Program Tuition: ₩2,500,000 per student

- Format: 8-week online training (Zoom)

- Focus: Practical teaching skills and real classroom readiness

Your Role as a Program Partner:

- Promote and market the TESOL program

- Recruit and guide applicants

- Support students throughout the program

- Conduct interactive classroom sessions

Compensation & Terms:

- ₩1,000,000 per successfully enrolled student

- Payment after student completes the program

Selection Process:

- Shortlisting and interview process

- Deliver a TESOL teaching demonstration

Training & Onboarding:

- Training on program delivery

- Guidance on lesson structure and student support

- Ongoing support provided

Flexible Teaching & Scheduling:

- Offer flexible teaching schedules

- Classes scheduled Monday to Saturday

- Control over your schedule

Student Support & Planning:

- Schedule individual or group sessions

- Provide feedback and guidance

What We Provide:

- Complete TESOL curriculum

- Accredited certification pathway

- Ongoing support and guidance

Who We Are Looking For:

- Experienced ESL teachers (Korea preferred)
