Job Duties include the following:
-Implementing the school curriculum and provide engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
-Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs and challenges.
-Foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment that respects the cultural backgrounds and beliefs of students.
-Use excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Communicate regularly with students and colleagues in a professional manner.
-Actively and positively participate in all meetings.
-Meet all established deadlines.
-Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Qualifications Include the following:
-Must hold a passport from one of the following countries : USA, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Language Teaching, Education, Linguistics OR related field OR TEFL, TESOL, CELTA equivalent teaching certification.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to college-level students. (preferred but not mandatory)
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate
with diverse groups of students.
-Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning
resources.
-Cultural sensitivity and awareness working in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Benefits Include the following:
-Total: SAR 14,000 per month (includes base pay, accommodation allowance, and transportation costs) *Roughly $3,700 USD per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
