Job Description:

Mahidol University International Demonstration School (MUIDS) located in Salaya, Nakhon Pathom, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced World History and Social Sciences Teacher for a full-time position. The role offers a competitive salary starting at ฿75,000 per month and provides a vibrant work environment in a dynamic international school near Bangkok, Thailand. We are looking for passionate educators who can inspire students in the fields of history, social sciences, and humanities.

MUIDS is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its students and community. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in History, Education, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).
- Possession of a teaching certification such as QTS, PGCE, Teaching License, or equivalent.
- At least two years of teaching experience.
- Solid understanding of internationally recognized curricula.
- Ability to teach various social sciences, humanities, or business subjects is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English and effective classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and commitment to professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and challenging lessons for high school students.
- Develop a curriculum that encourages global citizenship, critical thinking, and enhances content knowledge and skills.
- Implement innovative teaching techniques, including technology use.
- Evaluate and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs and field trips.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to improve student learning outcomes.
