Cheongwon Elementary School in Nowon-gu, Seoul, is looking to fill a teaching position for the year 2027. They are seeking dedicated and experienced teachers to join their team at the renowned Apple Distinguished School. Established in 1965, Cheongwon Elementary School has a long history of excellence in education. The school is looking for native English speakers with a B.A. from an accredited institution, TESOL/TEFL Certification or M.A. in education-related fields, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and residency in Korea.
The contract period is from March 01, 2027, to February 29, 2028, with negotiable salary based on qualifications and experience. Teachers will work from 8:20 am to 4:20 pm, with teaching hours not exceeding 22 classes for Grades 1-6 Elementary students.
Located near Madeul Station on Subway Line No.7, the school provides a housing allowance, 2 weeks of vacation for summer, winter, and spring breaks, and a severance equal to one month's pay at the end of the contract. Other benefits include opportunities for extra income through After School Classes, National Pension, National Medical Insurance, Airfare Allowance, and the provision of an iPad, desk, and computer.
