Job Description:

Oonrak Koh Samui School is seeking an Administration & Finance Officer to join our team. We are dedicated to providing quality education, fostering virtue, and ensuring happiness for our students. We have one position available and give special consideration to candidates with relevant experience.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of administration, accounting, and finance.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Honest, responsible, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate school administrative tasks.
- Assist with accounting and financial documentation.
- Prepare various reports and maintain records.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and external organizations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the school.
