AMJ Academy in Gyeonggi, Bundang is currently looking to hire a Regular Teacher.
Located at 2F, 17-4 Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, AMJ Academy is focused on providing education that fosters independent thinking, clear communication, and idea creation rather than rote memorization.
The academy's program emphasizes project-based learning with real-world applications such as Mock Trials, City Design Projects using tools like Minecraft, Entrepreneurship & Marketing Projects, science experiments, storytelling, and media production.
We are seeking teachers who can lead engaging, discussion-based classes, are open to moving beyond traditional teaching methods, focus on developing students' critical thinking, and exhibit adaptability, proactivity, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a supportive working environment.
The employment period is from November 23 onwards, with one week of training required before classes begin (online training possible). The working hours are 8 hours a day, with specific schedules on different days.
The salary package ranges from 3.1M to 4.0M and includes furnished housing. Visa support is provided for eligible candidates.
Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience teaching at elementary English academies in Korea, with a preference for those with more than 1 year of teaching experience in Korea and a background in Media, Journalism, or Entertainment.
