What you’ll do.

Teaching will be your primary responsibility, and It’ll be up to you to create a dynamic and engaging student experience.
From attendance lists, course evaluations and assessments, to homework feedback, you’ll also be responsible for managing key administrative tasks. Once you’ve handled those, collaborate with our team to create and develop personalized educational content that captivates learners.

📌 Position Details

Start Date: Hanoi: Feb/Mar 2025 / We also have positions open in HCMC!: Nov. 2024
Hours: Part time, with potential for full time after several months.
Pay: From 500,000 to 700,000 VND per hour (before tax) + allowance for off-site projects that are out of the city center.
Class Schedule: Class times vary based on client needs, typically including:
Morning sessions: Starting from 9:00 AM
Afternoon sessions: Usually beginning at 1:00 PM
Evening sessions: After 6:00 PM (primarily for B2C clients)
We strive to accommodate teacher preferences where possible, aiming for a balance that works for both our clients and our teaching team.

Benefits: Paid work permit support (includes reimbursement of costs), bonus upon renewal of each corporate contract, end-of-contract bonus with us.

Training program and professional development: A 2 - 4 week paid training program will be provided before starting courses and will be on-going during your time with us.

✅ Must Haves

Certification: CELTA or TEFL certificate.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years teaching English to adult learners in Vietnam. Teaching business English and delivering soft-skills workshops is a bonus (and could bump out your hourly rate!).
Extensive Knowledge of English: Mastery of the English language and the ability to effectively address common errors during class.
Teaching Skills: Expertise in promoting natural conversations, fostering an engaging atmosphere, correcting mistakes as they arise, and adapting to the lesson's flow.
Learning Environment: Ability to create and sustain a lively and effective learning environment that keeps students motivated and engaged.
Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills to handle administrative tasks in a timely manner.
IT Skills: Proficiency in use of common IT tools e.g. G-suite, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Mural, Miro, Google Jamboard) is a bonus!
