Job Description:

Taipei Montessori International School (TMIS) is a private bilingual elementary school based in Taipei, Taiwan. Founded in 2017 under the Amendment of the Experimental Education Act, TMIS is affiliated with Ms. Lam School, which has been established since 1984. We are currently seeking innovative and enthusiastic teachers to join our team and explore the pioneering field of co-teaching in a bilingual classroom environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
- Co-teach in English alongside a Montessori Headteacher.
- Prepare curriculum and materials for lectures.
- Conduct English immersion teaching in the classroom.
- Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Participation in some weekend activities may be required.

**Requirements and Skills:**
- Possess any relevant certification such as TESOL, TESL, TEFL, or ESL, or have at least 2 years of documented experience in elementary English teaching.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Experience in bilingual schools is preferred.
- Must be a native English speaker.
- Familiarity and experience with Montessori education are preferred.
- Skills in Language Teaching, Music, Art, History, Biology, or Geography are preferred.
- Possessing an ARC (valid for at least 6 months), APRC, or Taiwan ID documents is preferred.
