Job Description:

ACACIA International Pre-school, a renowned institution focusing on early childhood education, is in search of a Co-Teacher Assistant for the nursery classroom. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about working with young children and contributing to a nurturing and educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and execute engaging activities suitable for children aged 18 months to 2 years old.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and involvement of each child during various daily routines.
• Assist in fostering a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and social interaction.
• Aid in daily tasks like feeding, toilet training, and nap time with attention to individual child needs.
• Help in organizing learning materials and maintaining a clean and safe classroom.
• Work closely with the lead teacher to monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Encourage children's development through interactive learning and play.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Reside in Bangkok currently.
• Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare, specifically with toddlers.
• Possess a caring, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor towards young children.
• Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, showcasing reliability and flexibility.
• Familiarity with early childhood development principles and child-centered learning methods is advantageous.
