Hello, potential candidates! My name is Trevor Crowe, and I am the co-owner and Academic Director at Ron English. We are excited to announce an open position for an experienced English teacher to join our team at the Ron English Geomdan branch. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with elementary students and has prior teaching experience in Korea.
Our school philosophy is centered around "Happy, Simple, English." We strive to create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to take risks, make mistakes, and grow their confidence in English. Our approach involves a balance of interactive speaking activities and quieter reading or writing sessions, fostering a structured yet relaxed atmosphere in the classroom.
At Ron English, we value teachers who can establish structure through clear communication, consistency, and positive relationships rather than through strict discipline. Our classrooms are dynamic, social, and language-rich, emphasizing the importance of meaningful interaction for language acquisition.
The successful candidate will teach students across various levels, adapting teaching methods based on individual student needs. Our curriculum is provided, allowing teachers to focus on lesson delivery, adjusting support for different learners, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance student progress.

Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
