Job Description:
NAVA SCHOOL OF ENGLISH CHIANG MAI , established in 1999.
We are a language school based in Chiang Mai. We have been teaching in-house classes and providing native English teachers to private and government schools in Chiang Mai and Nakhon Ratchasima for over 20 years.
We are looking for enthusiastic native English speakers to join our team. We currently have positions available in Chiang Mai.
We are looking to fill a position for a private school in Chiang Mai.
The contract will start on 25th October
The process for a visa and work permit will be started after the job offer.
Position details
Subject: Conversational English for ESL students
Levels:Pratom6 and Mattayom 1-3
50 mins/class
School’s location: 11 km.from Central Festival (15 mins by motorcycle or car)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:20am.- 2:40pm.
Salary: 36,000-38,000THB depending on your qualifications, and experience.
Be at the school 20 mins before the class starts, and finish your day when the last class finishes.
We also have experienced Thai admin staff ready to assist you with teaching materials, workbooks, curriculum, lesson plans and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
Contract length
25th October 2023 - 10th March 2024 ( or at the end of 2023 academic year)
Requirements:
-Candidates must be native speakers from one of the following six countries: England, America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa.
-Must have a bachelor degree in order to apply for a work permit.
-Must be living in Thailand
-Must be responsible, reliable, well dressed, punctual, and a good team player.
- Ability to teach online (Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Meet) is preferable.
-Hold an English teaching certificate (Tefl, Tesol,Esl) is preferable.
-Having at least 3 months of teaching experience is preferable.
