DIRECT HIRE Native English Teacher Position

Position Overview
We are seeking Native English Teachers for a full-time position at our academy in Gwacheon. The ideal candidates are enthusiastic about delivering meaningful lessons to students in Grades 1-8. The teaching environment is supportive, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and strong student-teacher relationships.
Working Days & Hours
Monday-Friday schedule with all national holidays off.
Working hours vary between 2:00 PM - 9:50 PM, depending on the day, with teaching hours starting at 2:30 PM.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Korea
- Currently residing in Korea
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of 2.8 million KRW/month, based on experience and interview
- Optional housing provided
- Severance pay after 1-year contract
