Seeking a Native English Teacher for September 2024
Seoul, Korea, adjacent to Olympic Park

September 2, 2024 (Week of paid training from August 26-30)
Job Description: Full-time native English teacher responsible for teaching both kindergarten and elementary students. Less than 25 teaching hours per week plus scheduled prep time each day.
Work Hours
9:00 am to 6:00 pm (5 days a week)
The ideal candidate:
*North American citizenship holders (USA and Canada)
Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree (Education majors preferred, but not necessary. All applicants will be considered.)
Experience: Some teaching experience required, working with young students preferred. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a love of working with children. He/She will have a good understanding of how to manage a classroom and the flexibility to manipulate lessons to meet the individual needs and levels of students. Patience, compassion, and the desire to build strong relationships with your students is important. Enthusiasm and energy to incorporate into your lessons and the creativity to make learning fun.
Full Time Position Benefits include:
- Position Salary: 2.4-2.9 million won, depending on experience
- Housing: Furnished studio apartment within a 15 min. walk to the school/ or housing allowance
- One-way flight reimbursement upon successful completion of contract
- National pension with automatic contributions matched by KPI
- Severance equal to one month’s pay upon completion of contract
