Join us at Valor Preparatory Seoul, a new early childhood education campus in Gangnam, Seoul. At Valor Preparatory Seoul, we believe in creating a nurturing environment where children can discover their unique identity and embrace their innate bravery. Our staff are required to uphold our Christian statement of faith and integrate biblical principles into their interactions with students, families, and colleagues.

We are launching our inaugural academic year on September 1st, 2025, with staff orientation starting on August 13th, 2025. This preparation period will ensure a strong start to our academic program.

As an educator at Valor Preparatory Seoul, you will help nurture young minds through our core pillars: Discovering Identity, Achieving Mastery, and Unleashing Creativity. We are looking for passionate teachers committed to shaping the future of education in our Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Elementary programs.

Our educational philosophy integrates the "3 Cs" - conceptual understanding, competency, and character. We partner with the Common Ground Collective to implement their innovative curricular continuum, focusing on personalized learning and student growth.

Staff at Valor Preparatory Seoul work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a daily lunch break provided. We offer 10 weeks of paid vacation annually, including breaks for Summer, Winter, Lunar New Year, and Chuseok.

Key responsibilities include implementing personalized learning, delivering engaging instruction, fostering character development, creating individualized learning plans, utilizing technology in the classroom, and maintaining regular communication with parents.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, a teaching certification for early childhood education, a minimum 2-year commitment, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for innovative educational methods.

The compensation for this position ranges from ₩33,600,000 to ₩42,000,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits include Korean National Health Insurance, National Pension, Employment Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, and severance pay.
