Job Description:

Fettes College Guangzhou is seeking a dedicated Early Years (Kindergarten) Class Teacher to join our esteemed international school starting in August 2026. This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Guangzhou, China. As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching the EYFS/IB PYP curriculum, creating a secure, engaging, and challenging learning environment that aligns with the vision and values of Fettes College.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with EYFS and IB PYP objectives.
- Manage the classroom effectively and provide a stimulating learning environment.

- Implement assessment strategies to enhance student progress.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Support school activities, trips, and development initiatives.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies.

Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of the UK EYFS and IB PYP.
- At least two years of relevant teaching experience.
- A bachelor's degree and recognized teaching qualification.
- Strong classroom management and creativity in delivering a play-based curriculum.
- Eligibility for a Chinese work visa (degree, experience, clear criminal record, medical check).
