Our school has been in Songdo since 2018. We teach students not only English but also various background knowledge through an active learning process based on early-childhood education. We teach students with picture book projects. Our school is located in front of a forest. It is a separated building which has its own garden and playground. We let the kids play outside. We can hear the birds singing and see the greenery tin the background.
We offer a very well-organized, integrated curriculum that helps make lessons fun and effective. We currently have a team of 20+ dedicated professionals, including 8 native English instructors. 1 Korean teacher will co work and support 1 native English instructor. Therefore native English instructors are able to more concentrate more on teaching students effectively. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with sincere interest in early-childhood education.

Requirements:
✔️Four-year Bachelors Degree in any field
✔️Be a native English speaker from USA, CAN, AUS, New Zealand,UK(have all documents)
✔️Location: Songdo, Incheon, South Korea
✔️Start Date: 2025 mid of Feb~ March
✔️Age Group: Early Childhood (4-7 year old’s) + Elementary school students
✔️Salary: 2.5million won ~(dependent upon experience and qualification, only experienced )
✔️Working Hours: 9:00am~6:00 pm (No Overtime. If there is, it is paid)
✔️Class Length: 30~40 mins classes
✔️Lunch: Provided (You can eat school lunch)
✔️New fancy furnished single apartment or housing allowance
✔️One-Month’s salary severance pay upon completion of contract
✔️One way airline fare is provided(if you are in overseas)
✔️National Pension contributions and Medical Insurance
✔️13 + days paid vacation + Korean national holidays
✔️Class size: 8~12 students (Korean co teacher is always with you when you teach kindergarten students)
✔️Work days: Mon-Fri
✔️Actual teaching hours: Max 120 hours per month (You will have at least one hour of prep time )
✔️We do have a teaching manual and handbook, offer training.
