Early Years Teacher Position (3 – 6 Years Old)

Crane International School Myanmar (CISM) seeks an enthusiastic native English speaker experienced in teaching 3-6-year-old students. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator, dedicated to maintaining high standards and contributing to the school's growth.

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Cambridge Year 1 English curriculum, and a bonus if knowledgeable about the Cambridge Early Learning Platform.

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities and age-appropriate lesson plans.

• Assist in the smooth transition of young learners from pre-KG to Year 1.

• Implement effective classroom management and promote positive discipline methods.

• Identify and address children's physical and emotional needs through observation and follow-ups.

• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.

• Attend meetings and professional development sessions as required.

• Adhere to school policies including Health and Safety and Child Safeguarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Years education.

• Native English Speaker preferred; proficient non-native English speakers also encouraged to apply.

Remuneration Package:

• THB 70,000 (USD 2100) + Accommodation
