As an Elementary English Teacher, you will be teaching ABC's, Phonics, and leading discussion classes for middle school students. You should be comfortable using games, teaching moments, and motivation techniques to engage with students.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 2.5 to 3.2 million Won, along with housing benefits. The work hours are from 1 pm to 9 pm, with 5 to 6 classes per day, and no split shifts or weekend classes. You will have 10-minute breaks between classes and 1.5 hours of prep time daily.
Our academy does not follow a typical Korean curriculum. Instead, we have a teacher-developed curriculum that focuses on student-centered learning and skill-based lessons. You will have the freedom to teach creatively and make a real difference in your students' education.
