ICSN Elementary Teacher Position at International Christian School, Nonthaburi

- Type: Full-time
- Location: Nonthaburi
- Category: Private School

We are seeking an Elementary Teacher to join our team at International Christian School, Nonthaburi. This is a great opportunity for the right teacher to make a positive impact on children and families who are not familiar with Christ.

The school boasts a diverse staff comprising both Thai and North American members. We offer attractive benefits, including a competitive starting salary ranging from 60,000 to 80,000 Baht per month, along with opportunities for raises and bonuses. Additionally, we provide round-trip airfare, accommodation, health and dental benefits, paid holidays, and chances for professional development.

Ideal candidates should be committed born-again Christians, leading a Christ-centered life, displaying a strong passion for working with children and international ministry, and possessing a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. While not mandatory, a teaching license is highly preferred.

A one-year commitment from August to May is mandatory for this position. To apply, interested candidates are required to submit their CV/resume, a copy of their teaching license, a brief overview of their educational philosophy, and two reference letters to hr@icsn.ac.th. For further inquiries, please reach out to Solomon Ektrakul, Head of Operations, at arthit.ektrakul@icsn.ac.th.

📌 Please review the requirements to teach English in Thailand before you start applying for teaching positions. If the job post specifies "NES" or "Native English Speaker", it typically means applicants are required to be from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. However, in some cases, this may indicate a preference rather than a strict requirement.

⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.

⚠️ Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies get paid by the schools - not by taking money from you. If you’re not sure how they make money, just ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.

⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
