Job Description:

Hua Wen Institute (Xinyi, Taipei Campus) is now hiring a full-time English Homeroom Teacher for primary school students in Taipei City. Our institution values preparing the younger generation for the challenges of tomorrow through cutting-edge education.

At Hua Wen, we emphasize the development of lifelong learning skills and learner autonomy. Our core values focus on cultivating learning skills, EQ and compassion, creativity, and the ability to enjoy the meaning of life. We also aim to equip students with proficiency in Chinese, English, and Programming.

If you share our passion for experimental education and innovation, hold a bachelor’s degree, are a native English speaker, and possess a school teaching license, we would like to hear from you. Candidates must be motivated and dedicated, willing to relocate to Taiwan for an interview and in-class teaching demo.

Responsibilities:

- Teach elementary school students (grades 1 to 6)

- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching speed accordingly

- Collaborate with parents to discuss students' learning progress

- Review assignments, assess learning outcomes, and provide targeted help for improvement
