Job Description:

Position: English Language Teacher / IELTS Teacher (Full-time)

Specific qualifications: Native ENGLISH speaker only (Country: The USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa)

Salary: Starts from 60,000 Baht/month depending on qualifications and experience. Knowledge/experience is an advantage

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in education, English or a related field.
- Applicants with English teaching certificates (CELTA/TESOL/TEFL) will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in teaching large groups and IELTS is preferred
- Preferably 0.5 - 4 Years of English Teaching Experience.
- Possession of a teaching professional license will be advantageous.
- Ability to maintain the interest of learners in the class.
- Presentable and equipped with student handling skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:
- Teach basic English and instruct in IELTS (Reading, Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Manage the class, prepare the scheme of work, and develop lesson plans.
- Conduct lessons in accordance with the course syllabus and scheme of work.
- Deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students, acting as a mentor or form teacher.
- Provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.
- Prepare and mark examination papers and assignments.
- Monitor the performance and progress of each student and offer academic counseling
- Tailor teaching methods to suit the aptitude of individual students
- Attend team meetings and staff development workshops
- Support scheduled school holistic activities as directed.
- Oversee and advise the assigned non-academic / Co-curricular activities
- Facilitate students in achieving projected subject results.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve assigned key performance indicator targets.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
