Teaching Positions at a Private Elementary School in Seoul

We are currently seeking qualified English Native teachers for the second semester of the 2026 academic year at Dongbuk Elementary School in Seoul. Applicants must have at least one year of teaching experience and be residing in Korea. The details of the position are as follows:

**Job Details:

▶ School Type: Private Elementary School

▶ Position: English Native Teacher

▶ Location: 53, Sirubong Ro, Dobong Gu, Seoul

▶ Starting Date: August 19, 2026

▶ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

▶ Scheduled Classes Per Week: 20 classes

▶ Salary: KRW 2.45~2.65 million per month, with increases based on experience and possession of a teaching certificate. Additional pay is provided for winter camp

▶ Housing: Monthly housing allowance of KRW 500,000 (key money not provided)

▶ Paid Vacation: 13 days in accordance with the school calendar (half of the annual paid leave of 26 days, considering the 6-month employment period)

**Benefits:

1) National Pension and Medical Insurance (50% covered by the school)

2) Potential for contract extension for the 2027 school year

3) Severance pay (equivalent to one month's salary, provided upon completion of one full year of employment through contract renewal in 2027)

8) Consent form for school-initiated criminal background check (the school will request the certificate upon receiving your signed consent)

9) Photocopy of a bankbook

10) Photocopy of teacher’s license (if applicable)
