Job Description:

Cheongju University is seeking native English-speaking non-tenured professors residing in Korea to teach credit conversation classes starting March 1, 2026.

Position Details:

- Teach 12 credit class hours and hold 2 office hours per week

- Opportunity for overtime credits and non-credit classes

- Contract period of two years (renewable)

Qualifications:

- Native English speaker

- E-1/E-2 or F-visa holders residing in Korea preferred

- Minimum: Master’s degree with 2 years of university/college teaching experience after Master’s degree

- Preferred: English Language Teaching Certificates

Salary:

- Annual base salary for 2025 is W36,905,830 before tax

Benefits:

- Non-shared housing and shared office provided

- National Health Insurance and Teacher’s Pension included
