Job Description:

I. Job description
We are looking for passionate and qualified English teachers to join our experiential English learning program for young learners aged 3 to 15. This role focuses on developing students’ language abilities through engaging, hands-on activities and real-life communication practice.
Teachers are expected to:
- Deliver dynamic and interactive English lessons
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups and learning styles
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment

II. Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 1,400 – 1,500 USD/month (based on qualifications and experience)
- Accommodation support in Phu Tho
- Working time: 100 hours/month
- Work Permit & Temporary Residence Card: 50% of application fee covered
- Visa Invitation Letter: Provided (teacher covers application fee)
- Contract duration: Minimum 1 year

III. Requirements
- Preferred nationality: European
- University degree in Education, English Teaching, or related fields (must be legalized)
→ If the degree is NOT related to education/teaching, a valid CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certificate is required
- Teaching experience with young learners is a plus
- Clear pronunciation and strong classroom presence
- Responsible, energetic, and passionate about education
- A demo teaching video (3-5 minutes) is required with the application
