SKY Education, a prominent English teaching institution in Taipei since 2008, is seeking dedicated teachers who are passionate about classroom dynamics. We emphasize the importance of reading and are looking for educators who can nurture children into becoming confident and independent readers, rather than just teaching them to mimic sentences.
Our classes last for 2.5 hours, requiring teachers to keep students engaged and active. A good sense of humor is essential, as the ability to make a group of 10-year-olds both laugh and learn is highly valued.
We provide a comprehensive curriculum, teaching materials, and training. We seek teachers who can effectively deliver lessons, manage classrooms with confidence, and identify when students require additional support.
Candidates must be native English speakers or possess native-level English proficiency and meet Taiwan's legal work requirements.

📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. However, some schools may still hire teachers who already have a long-term visa. This requirement only applies to teaching English - schools can still hire you for subjects other than English.
