Who We Are Looking For:
Mandatory Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (on campus degree).
Native English proficiency from the USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia.
A clear criminal background check from your home country (local ARC holders may provide a Taiwanese police record).
Preferred Qualifications:
CELTA/CertTESOL certification strongly preferred.
Advanced certifications such as DELTA, DipTESOL, or a Master's in TESOL are highly valued, with opportunities for support in obtaining them.
Minimum one year of teaching experience preferred; however, exceptional new graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver dynamic, student-centered English lessons that integrate general language development with targeted exam preparation.
Utilize provided curriculum and materials while incorporating innovative teaching techniques to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
Implement effective student progress tracking and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, supportive, and effective learning environment.

Perks and Benefits:
Competitive compensation starting at NT$60,000 per month (including NT$10,000 housing stipend), with clear performance-based pathways to increases.
Work visa and comprehensive health insurance sponsorship.
Housing Assistance: We provide support in finding comfortable and affordable housing in Keelung. (Expect to pay approximately NT$8,000-10,000 per month for a studio/one-bedroom apartment).
Annual performance bonus up to NT$25,000.
Contract completion plane ticket up to NT$25,000.
