Looking for a dedicated English instructor to join Wisepen Language Institute in ILSAN, South Korea.

Wisepen Language Institute, established in 2024, focuses on providing high-quality English education to Korean students. The program emphasizes reading comprehension, critical thinking, academic writing, and grammar skills in a supportive and engaging learning environment. Position Overview:

Location: 562 Ilsan-ro, Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, 4th Floor, Shinilsan Union Shopping Center.

Start Date: Aug. 24, 2026.

Contract Length: One Year.

Employment Options:

- Full-Time Employment (E-2 Sponsorship Available): One-year contract, 2,400,000 won monthly salary, National Health Insurance, National Health Pension, Severance pay, and four vacation periods.

- Hourly Employment (F Visa Holders): Minimum 15 teaching hours per week, compensation based on hours, experience, and qualifications.

Teaching Responsibilities:

Teachers will teach reading comprehension, critical reading skills, academic writing, and grammar to elementary and middle school students. Average class sizes are 10-12 students, allowing for personalized instruction and feedback.

Curriculum and Materials:

Wisepen provides curriculum, textbooks, and teaching materials. Teachers focus on teaching and student engagement instead of creating materials.

Schedule:

Classes run Monday to Friday between 4:00 PM and 9:30 PM, with an average workload of 25–28 hours per week. Saturdays may require occasional work.
