Top private school in Taoyuan is seeking native English teachers for Yoder Bilingual Academy. If you are a qualified teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity, we want you to join our team.
Established in 2010, Yoder Bilingual Academy (YBA) is a prestigious private elementary and middle school located in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City. Our affiliate, Yoder International Academy (YIA), is the only American-accredited institution in Taoyuan City, offering College Board products like PSAT and AP exams.
Our International Department comprises nearly 30 qualified faculty members from various countries including Canada, the Philippines, New Zealand, Spain, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the USA.
We are currently looking for teachers for the upcoming school year. Various positions are available, including High School Math Teachers, Middle & High School Science Teachers, Middle & High School English & Social Studies Teachers, and Elementary Teachers.
Roles involve teaching subjects, working collaboratively with experienced professionals to design and teach the curriculum, and assisting in organizing school events such as the Halloween Festival, Christmas Show, International Day, Earth Month, and more.
Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subjects. Candidates with a teaching credential/license or advanced degree are preferred but not required. Applicants with an APRC or Marriage ARC are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position with work hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. There are opportunities for additional pay by teaching after-school classes from 5 pm to 6 pm.
The contract duration is 1 year with the option to renew. Benefits include a monthly salary, medical insurance, an end-of-contract performance bonus, compensated summer and winter vacations, personal leave, and the opportunity to design club and elective classes.
