Full Time & Part-time positions are available at SmartKids English. The roles involve conducting English language classes, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes with an American-made elementary school curriculum. Classes are small with 8 to 12 students, located near the Brown Line Dazhi MRT Station.
Both Full Time and Part-time positions offer 14~22 hours per week, in afternoons & evenings. Bonuses are available for student-returning and full-attendance. The package includes a one-year contract with an ARC/Work Permit, National Health Insurance, stable work environment, a fixed schedule with set classes.
Part-time position: (14 hours per week) Wed. & Fri 1:30 pm~ 4:30 pm & 4:40 pm ~ 7:00 pm; and some hours in-between Mon.~Fri. 1:30~7:00 pm
Full-time position: (14~22 hours per week) In-between Mon.~Fri. 1:30~8:00 pm
Requirements:
(1) Native English speaker only, passport holder from USA, CAN, UK, SA, AUS, or NZ preferred.
(2) Bachelor’s degree or higher. TEFL, TESOL, or CETLA certificate will be a plus.
(3) Minimum of TWO YEARS full-time ESL teaching in Taiwan or abroad.
(4) Criminal background check.
(5) Contract period: August, 2025~June, 2026.
(6) Start Date: August 26~30, 2025.
