Program Highlights
-Excellent monthly salary: 13,000 to 18,000 RMB depending on qualifications, experience, location and type of school
-Teach on a Monday to Friday-schedule with weekends off and winter and summer holidays

Main Responsibilities
-Maximum of 25 teaching hours per week with weekends off
-Student age: 3 to 13 (depending on type of school)
-Class size: 20 to 30 students
-Deliver our English language curriculum
-Incorporate creative and interactive teaching strategies to engage children in the learning process
-Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
-Attend meetings and training sessions as required
-Ensure that all teaching materials and resources are up-to-date, organized, and accessible
Compensation
-Excellent monthly salary: 13,000 to 17,000 RMB depending on qualifications, experience, location and type of school
-Flight, visa document, and hotel reimbursement on arrival
-Support with finding an apartment to rent
-11 Chinese public holidays + 1 month winter & 2 months summer vacation
-Legal Z work visa provided
-Medical and accident insurance provided
-Contract renewal bonus: 5,000 RMB
-Airport pickup
-Pre-training provided: orientation, Chinese culture, Mandarin class, teaching methodology
-On-going training and academic support

Requirements
-Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland & South Africa (alternative)
-Bachelor’s degree or above required (alternative)
-TEFL, CELTA, teaching license certificate
-Previous teaching experience with young learners preferred but not required as full training provided
-Cultural sensitivity, awareness, and willingness to explore other cultures
