Curriculum:
IB / AP / A-Level / IGCSE / ESL Programs
Working Schedule：
Monday to Friday (schools) / Flexible (training centers)
20–25 teaching periods per week (avg.)
Class duration: 40–60 minutes
Class size:
Schools: 20–30 students
Training centers: 8–15 students
Job Responsibilities：
Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons based on curriculum
Develop engaging classroom activities and learning materials
Assess student performance and provide feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment
Participate in school events, meetings, and teaching development programs
Communicate with parents when required
Support students’ academic and personal development
Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree or above (Education or relevant subject preferred)
Native English speaker (or fluent for subject positions)
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or teaching license (PGCE/QTS preferred)
1–3+ years teaching experience (depending on role)
Experience with IB / AP / A-Level / IGCSE preferred
Eligible for China work visa (clean background & health check)
Salary & Benefits：
Salary Range: 18,000 – 40,000 RMB/month (before tax)
(based on qualifications, teaching experience, and position)
