Position: ESL Teacher in Shenzhen, China
Talent-E Education is seeking enthusiastic ESL teachers to join our team at partner kindergartens primarily in Shenzhen, with opportunities in other major Chinese cities such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing. As an ESL teacher, you will be instrumental in helping young learners develop their English language skills through interactive and engaging lessons within a supportive classroom environment.
Location & Teaching Environment:
Shenzhen, a rapidly growing coastal city in southern China, offers an excellent living experience with its modern amenities, convenient public transport, and proximity to Hong Kong. The city hosts a vibrant expatriate community, diverse international cuisine, and numerous cultural and outdoor activities. Classrooms in kindergartens are generally small and well-equipped, with teaching assistants to support the learning process. A set curriculum allows you to concentrate on effective lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering positive student relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver English lessons to kindergarten-aged children using communicative and interactive methods.
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons based on provided curriculum materials.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Utilize songs, games, and stories to enhance listening and speaking skills.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to school staff.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and occasional demonstration classes.
- Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and support staff.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with standard daytime kindergarten hours.
- Weekends off, except for occasional school activities.
Visa & Work Permit:
Talent-E Education assists with the legal work visa process, with requirements including a valid passport, a bachelor's degree, a clean criminal record, authenticated official documents, and a medical check. Eligibility is subject to local regulations.

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation.
