About the Role: You will work with young learners, shaping their early education experiences in a fun and stimulating classroom environment. They are seeking someone passionate about child development and eager to create a positive learning environment for young children. ------------------------------------------------ Responsibilities · Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students. · Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures, student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. · Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning. · Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space. · Assessment: Document students’ learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
