Location: Daechi-dong (Hanti Station)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach advanced ESL classes emphasizing reading, writing, and discussion
- Lead novel-based/field-based lessons to enhance critical thinking and expression
- Act as a homeroom teacher, managing students and communicating with parents
- Guide students in developing structured writing and speaking skills
- Design supplementary activities to deepen understanding
- Track student progress, grade assignments, and provide feedback
- Maintain an engaging classroom environment
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be a native English speaker
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Eligible for an E-2 visa or hold an F-series visa
- Possess an apostilled diploma and clear criminal background check
- Be currently in Korea for the mock process at the academy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching elementary school-level students
- Ability to lead discussion-based classes
- Confidence in parent communication and homeroom responsibilities
- Interest in long-term employment in Korea (2+ years)
- Basic Korean communication skills for consultations (preferred, not required)
Working Conditions:
- Campus: Daechi
- Student Level: International student fluency in both speaking and writing
- Fully provided curriculum (novel-based, structured system)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:20 PM – 8:40 PM
- Teaching Load: 6 teaching hours per day + 1 hour prep time
