Job Description:

Hello potential candidates!

Would you like to work with us, not just for us? Ron English, located in Yeongjong-do, Incheon, South Korea, is looking for a dedicated ESL teacher to start in June.

As the co-owner and Academic Director, I, Trevor Crowe, invite you to join our team of 10 native English-speaking instructors at Ron English.

We value teachers who can maintain structure through clarity, consistency, and positive relationships rather than through strict discipline or control-based management.

At Ron English, we believe in a teaching philosophy of "Happy, Simple, English," aiming to create a safe, calm, and academically supportive environment for our students.

Our curriculum is fully prepared and provided, allowing teachers to focus on lesson delivery, adjust support for different learners, and collaborate with colleagues.

The ideal candidate will adjust pacing, language output, and expectations appropriately across levels while following a fixed curriculum.

If you enjoy guided autonomy with clear structure and room for thoughtful instructional decisions, you'll thrive in our system.

The position offers a starting salary of 2.6 million KRW and up, depending on experience, along with benefits such as housing and paid vacation days.

Interested in joining us? Email your resume and cover letter to ronenglishmain@gmail.com, attention to Trevor Crowe. Apply now!

📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in South Korea: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. If you are not from one of those countries, you can still teach English in most other countries. This requirement is specific to South Korea and school's can only issue visa's to teachers from those listed countries.

⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.

⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
