RESPONSIBILITIES
• Teaching young learners from the age of 3.5-12 with care and passion following TET’s
syllabus
• Following, adapting and supplementing the prescribed lesson plans prepared by TET to
ensure successful learning outcomes
• Actively linking the academic content with the projects and value lessons that can foster
not only academic achievement but also the essential 21 century skills for learners
• Attending the induction as required to fully understand TET’s teaching approach, ensuring
that our approach is consistently implemented among teaching staff
• Grading homework, classwork and tests as required
• Assisting in level tests, marketing events or demo classes as required
• Assisting in festivals and extra-curricular activities at campus or at TET’s partner schools
as required
• Supporting with tasks that are reasonably assigned by the Academic manager

REQUIREMENTS
• Native or native level speakers
• Having a great love for children and a strong passion for education
• Degree in any subject (Education degree preferred)
• Holding a CELTA, TESOL, Trinity or equivalent TEFL Teaching Certificates
• A minimum of one-year teaching experience
• Receptive to feedback and willing to undertake professional development
• Professional in attitude and appearance, dynamic with a passion for teaching and a
commitment to real education
• Available for weekday evenings and weekends
