One Full-Time Position Open!

One Chinese Teacher in Every Class!

Great work environment at Taipei Oxford International School.

We are offering one full-time position from 9am to 5pm. The job responsibilities will be discussed during the interview. The salary can go up to NT$79,000 per month based on experience.

We welcome teachers with accents from SA, UK, AU, NZ, IRL, USA & CA. You will have a Chinese-speaking co-teacher in every class and will follow a professional curriculum: Wonders & Cambridge.

You will have complete materials and teacher’s guides at your disposal in a perfect location that is easy to reach, near the Brown Line Huzhou Station.

From one of our former teachers, Seth: "I have worked at Oxford for four years and have been happy with my time at the school. The aspect of teaching here that sets it apart from a lot of other schools I have worked for is the curriculum. There are a lot of activity classes that involve getting to have fun with the kids. These include classes like storytelling, basketball, soccer, and a games and activities class where you are allowed to design activities that would interest the kids. Teaching these classes along with the usual language classes makes the workload more enjoyable."

📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. However, some schools may still hire teachers who already have a long-term visa. This requirement only applies to teaching English - schools can still hire you for subjects other than English.

⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.

⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
