Job Description:

Teach Motivated Adults in Seoul: September / October Start Dates

YBM Language Institutes in Seoul is looking for enthusiastic and skilled instructors to teach adult EFL classes at its YBM Jongno branch. Working closely with an English-speaking academic supervisor, instructors will receive full support to help students achieve their language goals in Topic Discussion, Business English, and English for Academic Purposes classes.

Instructors will have access to various resources such as commercially published texts, standardized lessons, and materials created by teachers. They will engage in small group and one-to-one classes with adult learners, providing valuable teaching experiences and room for professional growth.

LOCATIONS & START DATES

The position is for full-time instructors who must attend paid training sessions in the last week of the month before their start dates. Teaching will commence on the first weekday of the month.

YBM Jongno (Seoul): September & October 2025

Applicants currently working as EFL instructors in Korea will be preferred.

WORKING HOURS

Instructors will teach six 50-minute classes per day, totaling 30 teaching hours per week from Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday classes.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

- Positive and energetic attitude

- Previous student/service-oriented experience

- Formal EFL teaching experience with adults, and/or CELTA, TEFL certification

- Online EFL teaching experience

- Passport and undergraduate diploma from select countries
